NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Wyocena Town Hall (119 North Washington, Wyocena), a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the PROPOSED 2023 BUDGET of the Town of Wyocena, Columbia County.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS NOTICE
Town of Wyocena, Columbia County
Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the Town of Wyocena, Columbia County, Wisconsin will be held at the town hall located at 119 North Washington, Wyocena, Wisconsin, on the 17th day of November, 2022, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2023 town budget, which begins at 6:30 p.m., for the following purposes:
- To consider the adoption of a resolution by the town meeting endorsing a town board resolution which proposes that the town levy exceed the state allowable levy limit under s. 66.0602, Wis. Stat., specifically a proposed tax levy which would exceed the allowable town tax levy for 2022, before adjustments, by 10 percent, for a dollar increase of $43,271.50.
- To approve the 2022 total town tax levy to be collected in 2023 pursuant to s. 60.10(1)(a), Wis. Stat.
