Due to the rising costs of disposal of large items, the town board of the Town of Wyocena made the decision at the November monthly meeting that as of January 1, 2020, we will no longer accept large items at the collection site…this includes, but is not limited to, furniture, mattresses, construction materials, wood, etc.  You will only be allowed to bring household garbage, recyclables, brush, leaves, grass, batteries, used oil and tires.  Any large items that you have will need to be dropped off at the Columbia County Solid Waste site on Highway 16.  They are open Monday -Friday and the first Saturday of the month from 8am to noon.  Fees may be charged.  Please see flyer here.
